Changed your mind? Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at customercare@lalushstore.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We confirm the return and send you the return instructions.
  3. Send the item back unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  4. Get your refund to your original payment method once we have received and checked the item.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care, skincare and health care items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Bundle orders

If you return part of a bundle, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid for that item.
