Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within the return window from delivery date, in line with LA LUSH standards.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection. Return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is from our side.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
